Overall a very pleasant and comfy stay!
The bed was very comfy and I liked the space of the wardrobe. Great view onto the train tracks the noise didn’t bother us. Staff was great and helped with any issues. Location very close to public transport
The bathroom curtain wasn’t the best easily flooded, toilet seat a bit broken.

The staff was ok, and the location is good enough.
The rooms are not well insulated, so I could here the neighbours from the next door watching TV very loud till very late in the night. They were also arguing. Maybe you should implement some rules about it. The windows in my room weren’t so clean, and didn’t close properly. The pillows were damaged, I think very old, and uncomfortable.
